Our hour-long member sessions on Zoom are designed to give you the space and skills to talk when you want to or are willing to support others. Low pressure and high value, each session starts with a brief welcome, then shifts into small groups (3-4 members) for time to talk and listen.

We provide you the space and skills to talk about the dynamics of your life with other men.
Your job? Show up and be curious with a desire for movement in your life.
We believe that talking with others in a trusted space is better than talking with yourself.
The narrative that can be stuck in your head can limit your potential, and most likely, you're not alone in the dynamics you face. Like any great team, we work out our struggles and goals together.

Breaking Ice Collective is built around the shared experience of being a man in today's world.
We don't focus on any one specific area like religion, spirituality, therapy, business, or health. Instead, we invite guys to bring all aspects of their lives into the conversation.
We recognize that at the end of the day, we have a lot in common when it comes to our thoughts, feelings, and experiences as men navigating life. The key is not being alone in what you may be experiencing.
